General Terms :
All plans are prepaid plans only.
Modem (ONU/CPE)/Installation charges etc.
Special offers cannot be clubbed with any other offers.

Above plans are for Home use / Individuals only and not for office or commercial purpose.
Data transfer includes upload / download while browsing.

Customers to pay advance subscription charges at time of Registering.
For any plan change after expiry of lump sum period there will be no carry forward of unutilized data to the new plan.

Any scheme change / reconnection / shifting / disconnection / transfer will be done based on the written request / email from the customer along with due settlement if any.

CONDITIONS

Fair usage policy applies to select unlimited package.
Internet service shall be provided only in areas where the services technically feasible.

Speed depends on the various factors, including the bandwidth of service accessed.
Speed will be offered on the best effort basis.

The scheme can be withdrawn at any point of time and at the discretion of SERANS.

Update your email id / mobile number changes if any, for receiving invoices / SMS alerts.
